Documents required to obtain a visa
We can help you gather all the necessary documents to apply for a visa.

Permanent residence permit
It allows you to reside and work legally without the need to obtain additional permits. It also allows you to repeatedly cross the border of the Republic of Poland without a visa.

Temporary residence permit and work permit
The residence card, as long as it is valid, confirms the identity of the foreigner and entitles the person, together with a travel document, to cross the border several times without the need to obtain a visa
Type A operating authorisation
The work permit (type A) legalises the work of foreigners from third world countries in Poland

Appeal against a negative decision
Polish law allows you to appeal against a negative decision to issue a resident card to a foreigner.

EU Resident Card
Unlike national residency regimes, long-term resident status in the EU enables its holders to move and reside in other EU countries, for example for work or study.

Obtaining a PESEL number
It serves to uniquely identify the individual to whom it has been assigned. Since September 2011, the PESEL number is also the only identifier used by non-entrepreneurs and unregistered VAT payers when interacting with the tax service.

Employment on the basis of PESEL
A PESEL number is required when employing a foreigner on the basis of an employment contract or a contract of mandate, as well as when starting a business in Poland

Заявление о приеме на работу
Entitles a foreigner to legal employment in Poland, provided that the foreigner has a residence permit that allows him/her to perform work in accordance with the law.
