Job description

A modern manufacturing company in Końskie specializing in the production of ceramic tiles and other ceramic products. The company has been operating on the market for many years and uses modern equipment and proven technologies. The production process is largely automated, so the work does not involve heavy physical effort. The plant operates all year round without production shutdowns, ensuring stable employment, a high number of working hours, and consequently high earnings.

We offer

Over 26 years old: 25,36 PLN/hour net x approx. 300 hours = approx. 7600 PLN/month net*.

Up to 26 years of age 31.40 PLN/hour net x approx. 300 hours = approx. 9400 PLN/month net

For employees under 26 years of age, we help to obtain student status for an increased wage.

• We give an advance payment
• Accommodation close to the workplace
• 12 hours a day (07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00)
• 288 to 312 hours per month
• 24 to 26 hours per month (work a double shift)
• Końskie (50 km from Kielce, 130 km from Warsaw, 150 km from Krakow)

Your main tasks

• Correct operation of machines and equipment for producing ceramic tiles.
• Control and constant supervision of operation of industrial machines.
• Fault detection and fault rectification on automatic production lines.
• Preparation of materials required for production.
• Checking the quality of the production line.
• Maintaining order at workplace.

Requirements

• Men from 20 to 60 years old.
• No experience necessary, training required
• Responsibility, teamwork
• Work visa or biometric passport for 3 months
• If you have a biometric passport, our company will prepare the documents for free of charge
• Contract for at least 6 months
• Knowledge of Polish language: not required

A good place to live

Końskie is a quiet town with much lower living costs than larger cities. For example, a 50 m² apartment can be rented here for about the same price as a single room in Warsaw. Nearby is Lake Sielpia with a sandy beach, boats, cycling routes and a pier. It is a great place to relax in nature, both with friends and with family.
